Reciprocal Links

Do you put reciprocal links on your site for the directories?

 

Reciprocal links can not help you to get higher ranking on Google or other search engines. Reciprocal links are dead in SEO.

 

I'll link back to a directory that is respected in my niche. However, I'd never link back to a general directory.

 

Reciprocal is help your website get ranking or both. means reciprocal helps you get Page rank and Keyword ranking.

 

Reciprocal links are fine, just don't overdo it. Most of your links should be one-way, but reciprocal links are natural mainly between related sites.

not for all general directories but only for the cream
i done this already
some of them ask u to put the link in HOME be careful all of them dose,nt even worth it
while others need is on any page for that 1 can dedicate a page for this purpose then hide in a tiny link

 

reciprocal links good for both of website on Google. Do not worry when submit links with reciprocal links .

 

I do not opt for reciprocal links. I do not think it is a bad idea though.

 

I always avoid directories that swap links or do reciprocal listings. They are sure way to link abuse in mid-term or long term lifespan.

Foreststone, Your logic is terrible for many reasons.

1. No one needs recip directories to make a "connected web net". Who the hell wants to submit to a recip link directory. Isn't that the point of the directory in the first place. To be non-recip!

 

The main one, people drop link as soon they get listed and directory owner,
if he is follow his rules must a) remove site b) quietly suck on it and keep site.

That fact alone makes reciprocal directories owner in eyes of submitters
an asshole who deserves to be kicked in his balls and literately abused.

1 single one-way link from a highly ranked source is probably more valuable than 25 or 50 reciprocals, but surely that one link is tougher to obtain.

nah, it will encourage more females start reciprocal directories just to get pleasure kick.
