    Dear Friends,

I have just a general concern... I found that many poeple advertises their directories as free ones but in a submission process you are asked to add a reciprocal link somewhere on the added website.

In my opionion such directories shouldn't be advertised as free...
What do you think about it?

    Regards
    Maciej

In long-standing practice, "free" means exactly that — free without other requirements, such as reciprocal links.

In my Landudno directory, I offer "free" links, but they come with nofollow.

If you want dofollow, then you have to reciprocate.
