i would like to know if reciprocal links has any value for Google ? Or only one way links ?thx

If youâ€™ve ever gone on a directory submission spree, you will most likely have noticed an option for reciprocal linking with the directory. This is simply an agreement between two websites, which holds you both accountable for linking to the other site. Reciprocal linking used to be a relatively easy way to gain link popularity in your community, and it was also beneficial. Recently, it appears as if reciprocal linking has lost much of its value. A reciprocal link is better than no link, however, if it helps your users. If youâ€™re contemplating reciprocal linking with another website, make sure it will help your users. If it will not serve a purpose other than what benefit you might get in terms of PageRank, it is most likely not worth it

I would say it has some value, but as mentioned probably not as much as 1 way links. I suppose the idea is that 1 way links are more organic/natural. But, as far as value outside of google I say it is very worth it, if for nothing else but traffic.
