reciprocal linking ??

    it counts, but it's way way way way way less important than a one way link... with all of the one way link building methods out there, reciprocal links should be few and far between.

    too many reciprocal links are not good. Avoid them.
    Stick with one way permanent links.

    As what I know, google is pretty tired of reciprocal links because of excessive linking. Anyway, you can still do this as gradual and just trade links with a relevant and related site. Avoid penalty site and those badneighborhood sites

    One way is a lot better than reciprocal linking, and Google treats seriously with them.
