    here's a very nice SEO tool I've been using for more than a year with good results.

    It handles nearly all aspects of two-way and even three-way link exchange (currently this is possible with a bit of hacking, the next version will include complete support for three-ways.)

    I spent a week coding a single PHP script which is software managing auto reciprocal links. Version 1.0 currently, PM me and I'll show you screenies etc..

    Only $20 too.

    Well, ARELIS was OK last time I checked (I still like LinkAssistant more), but now it ships with IBP and the price tag is around $300-500 depending on the number of sites you need to manage.

    Anyway, prices aside, I think IBP is an overkill for link building purposes only.
