    I was getting 10 cents to 25 cents a click on my recipe blog.

    Yes, I have a few recipe websites and despite a high CTR, the eCPM is very very low compared to other niches.

    Recipe website is easy to create and as mentioned by debunker, you could earn a decent amount out of it. Besides, you only have to collect recipes during your slack time, encode them on an excel sheet, and upload them one at a time to your site.

    You can even buy a database of recipes offered by some webmasters. Just rewrite them here and there and you'll have new, original contents for your recipe site.
