As told several thousand times here, you can not judge click rate by any Niche, it all depends upon traffic and your click rate.

So instead of cashing on adwords advertisers, you should think logically on creating a different website :)

Adsense ads for indian recipes/recipes will pay around 15-20 cents a click (search for "indian recipe", etc. on http://www.vretoolbar.com/keywords/ , then click on the Adword Traffic Estimator link). There are a lot of indian recipe websites, so there will be some pretty high competition for visitors to your website. I am not really sure whether to say yes or no, but just know that it will take some significant effort in order to get good profits from an adsense site on indian recipes.

If you do a simple Google search on "indian recipes" you'll see only three ads on the right side of the page, two of which don't really relate well to the topic. This means you won't make much money with this topic. There's no competition for ads and the ad inventory is very small. Furthermore, there are quite a few Indian recipe web sites, which means you'll have a challenge getting traffic to your site.

That would depend on your position in the search engine. Also the keyword indian recipes is not really a great niche because it lacks of searches and the price for the keyword is less than a dollar.
