The site runs on wordpress.

Why am I selling?
No time!
Needs new wordpress theme! (If kept on wordpress cms)
I need the space for other projects

What I'm willing to do:
I can try and port it to other cms's (might take a few days)
Help setup the site on your server.


Stats:
About 300 - 450 uniques a month. (This month after theme change it seems to be getting more with 30-40 unique a day)
The site use to be pr: 3 but has dropped down to pr: 2
