Recipe site with great potential

I just need a quick money this is the reason why I am selling this site, I now selling my recipe site recipeathome.info, there are more than 10,000 recipes in the site database as of now. Most of the recipes have pictures, I spend 1 month to put pictures on every recipe in the site.

There is also a feature of the site where it offers free ebook in exchange to their name and email address, you can then send newsletter to this people from time to time and sell some related kitchen or cooking related products.

There is an admin where you can send newsletter to all subscriber, right now there are already 140 targeted subscriber of the site.

The script being use here is a turnkey script but I have modified big part of it including mod rewrite and other part of it. There is an admin where you can add new recipes, new category and subcategories, setting of the site, modify the content and send newsletter to subscriber...

Traffic not much yet only averaging 30-40 unique a day and expecting to increase when SEs pickup all the backlinks I have made to the site. Earnings is not that much, for this month as of today is only $3.54 and last month is $21.95

I may be interested in the site, but I have a few questions first.

How difficult would it be to transfer the site to another domain name, the program and recipe database?

What rights come with the recipes? Are they your own personal recipes, or did you just grab from other websites? Also the food images, are they licensed for that domain name, if so, can the license be transfered to another domain name?

I already have a domain name that I was planning to develop into a recipe site, and I would be willing to buy your site just to save me a load of work.

I would just need to know about the licensing issues for the recipes and images.

 

will you keep the footer links to the website from your other high page rank sites?

 

how much is the most active bid? Is this only auction or you sell it to other site?
