Cheap Healthy Cooking is a 1 month old site, full of content and ready to be monetized in whatever way you see fit. Adsense ready and safe, this site gets a lot of organic traffic for it's first month. Extensive backlinking has been done on this site, and as I have no pinged any of the backlinks, they are still being found every day. As I am writing this, yahoo site explorer shows 652 backlinks, a large portion being from .edu sites as seen below.

    http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com...&bwmo=d&bwmf=s

There are an estimated 50,000 backlinks pointing to this site in existance, so that can only mean the ranks will go up as they are found.

    This site currently ranks at:
#8 for tilapia fish recipes - 1000 exact searches per month
#9 for tilapia fish recipe - 480 exact searches per month
#15 for whey protein recipes - 880 exact searches per month

I have a collection of 8 keywords in the top 20, 13 in the top 50, 22 in the top 500, and 26 in the top 1000, which will be provided to serious buyers to check out. All keywords have been backlinked, and it's only a matter of time before this site ranks first page for many different keywords.

The writer of all the content for this site has agreed to work for new management at negotiable rates. He is available for all content you'd like to add to this site, and he's also very handy at HTML.

If the buy it now price is met, I will provide more free backlinks and SEO advice. I will also help you implement your monetization codes into the website.

Serious buyers please PM. On request, I will provide proof of the backlinking I have just done this evening.

I'd be happy to post some google analytics data for you, and I have no issues providing you with access to the account if you're a serious buyer. My writer currently works at $1/100 words, great quality. He can write on basically anything, and won't have a problem working on other projects for you. I'll have him post in this thread so you can speak with him. For hosting, I use hostgator, and they don't have a problem transferring sites around from other hosts. I have a shared plan, and if you don't mind not having cpanel access, we can work out a good cheap deal if you'd like to remain under my hosting.

Just wanted to post in here as well. Im a friend of Griggs, as well as the primary content source.

Prices will be negotiable, obviously. For recipes the pricing is much lower because I don't write them all 100% original (I'm no chef :p )

PM me if you have questions or anything

This guy is a liar. I've won this site and now he doesn't want to sell it and giving excuses.

He was selling this same site here before : http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2040269

and didn't sell it because people bid too low?? Why on earth then you make the starting bid for $50??? You're a joke!

Don't trust this guy, reporting to mods.

Since im not involved in this I just have a few questions. What did he do wrong exactly? It says "reserve not met", so why would he sell it?

Yeah then why start bidding so low and should say what the reserve price is. Check his other thread, he did the same thing.

Nice retarded, you should have said this earlier and made it clearer! You just did it twice, why don't post it up again (yeah make it 3rd time) and make the starting bid $100. That'll get you the price you begging for. Buy it? Nah fo!

    That's what I see...

Oh wait...you're not happy with the price lol.
