Who knows if its a scam or not, but the best way to deal with it is simply to say, make an offer. Don't ever pay for anything when you sell a domain. Appraisals, escrows, whatever. The buyer should pay for everything. After all they are trying to get what you have.

Also, if there is some PS we saved a lot of money ... check it out click here, then you have a spam.

escrow? you can pay escrow. At least escrow.com's service simply takes money out of their payment. for instance if you cover escrow on 1000$ deal, you would get paid 1000$-escrow fee.

No, they buyer always pays the escrow. never pay out of your pocket any escrow fees if you are selling. It's ok to take it out of the sale, but never, ever pay for a buyer's escrow out of your own pocket.

maybe im not clear enough, in a seller pays any sort of fees at escrow.com its taken from buyer's payment. so no payment, no fee for seller. at least that is how it was.

They have been very busy sending out that particular e-mail these past couple of months.
I've received it for 6 out of the 14 new domains I recently registered.
    They're in overdrive.
