Recieved a bid- seems to be fraud! HELP!

    I am selling my site CricTUBE.com. More info can be read @ http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=52

    Someone with the username bs1209 private messaged me and said he would give $600 USD if I give him the site right now. I asked him to bid on the thread and he said he wants it ASAP.

    If you look at his previous posts, http://forums.digitalpoint.com/search.php?searchid=1932144, this guy seems like a fraud. For one site, he pays and afterwards files a claim on PayPal.

    What should I do? Should I decline his offer? or should I ask him to send money using Escrow?

    Please help :)

    Or why not just wait until you have the money and then sent the site. That's how I do all my transactions anyway.
