Recieve a mail from paypal but limitation still there

In may 2006 my paypal account was limited.And i was asked to fax some documents which i did, and till now i was wwaiting for the paypal response.
Since it went up 6 months so i thought that paypal is no more going to remove the limitation because they always asked for the same documents which i already sent to them.
But yesterday i recieved a mail (three emails) from paypal that my account limitation was removed.I got happy but when i signed inn in to my pp account, i saw still account limited there.
Now i don't know whats this going on.Anyone having any idea about it.

 

Just try to contact them via their help page and within 3 days your account would be unlimited.
This happened with me.
My account was limited for over 6 months and then when I uploaded stuff then I got a mail stating my account limitation was over but was not over still ..
I mailed them using contact option and within 3 days my limitation was over..
Do the same thing .. They will send you a survey as well.

 

Yes they have sent me the surway.In which they ask several questions about the progress.But the limitation is still there.
So should i contact trhem through but i know they never reply through mail.As i did 100's of mails when my account was just made limited.

 

May be you can try to contact paypal via phone call.

 

First check if it's not a spam.then contact reply to their email and ask the details.

 

Well thanks for the response coz I got the same with my paypal too..

 

Its not a spam mail.And secondly paypal never reply to any of email as i mentioned i did 100's of mails but they never replied.

 

Anybody have the solution.
