    Hello folks I am from India and I want to start a mobile recharge site just like paytm.com or mobikwik
    I would like to invite your views
    Please someone suggest me the complete procedure to get it started and how much will it cost

    It's cost you like 20 Thousand for at list getting all license on IDEA, AIRTEL, TATA DOCOMO, VODAFONE, RELIANCE SMART. Then another 50 thousand on to buy recharge reseller license. Don't worry you can spend the 50 thousand by recharge people. That's it you need only and I can do the rest money and paper works. :)
