Recently I've found several pieces of software that allows several
users to access and use the single PC simultaneously. This technology
is called Multiseat or Multiterminal. This has nothing to do with thin
client or remote administration (RDP, RAdmin, VNC, TeamView, etc.)

The idea behind the program is that you can locally connect several
monitors, keyboards and mice to a single computer case and use
additional workstations as a separate computers. The computing power
is shared between the users (CPU, memory, video, sound, etc.). The
    idea sounds very interesting.

For example you can find a review of the software here:

Could someone share the experience in multi-seat systems, how do they
behave and whether I should try one of those?
    Thanks
