Recently got my adsense account back

Hey all, I'm new here.

My adsense account got banned. I think it was due to someone adding my blog to a list of blogs on some linkbucks thing. And someone also spam clicked one of my banners 260 something times. I don't know if they were trying to sabotauge me, or what ;p

Either or, I'm not sure what did it.

I appealed google, and they gave my account back.

But I really don't want to put adsense ads back on my site without knowing why it got banned in the first place. They never gave me an explanation. I have been using adbrite and it is nowhere near as awesome as google, so I really don't want to lose adsense again.

What can I do to make sure it's not banned again? I tried emailing google, but after 2 days they still haven't responded.

 

add your sites in approved sites and use adsense. try to analyze with channels and analytics and u can be safe

 

Well thats the thing, they never reset my analytics. My CTR is still 12% from when someone click bombed my ads.

 

It's not too often Google reinstates an account after banning it. Just don't screw up the second chance they gave you!

 

Yep.. which is why im not enabling it again until I know why it happened. Wish it was easier to contact google.

 

Agreed. They really need a better means of contacting them. It's a complaint I hear too frequently.

Well i am not a bot lol. and i meant what i say, i am a newbie to adsense thingy, didn't know about invalid bombing clicks.

 

They should have given you an explanation, but it sounds like they banned it bc of the excessive clicks from the same i.p. address......
Which is unfair... I don't know what kind of website you have but maybe one of your competitors did the excessive clicking

It's a movie review website primarily targeted at movies coming out on redboxes/blockbuster.

I would put it back on my site, now google have learnt from the click bombing since they reactivated your account, so you shouldn't have any problem now.

can you tell us the url of your sites before you got banned?

 

It's rentamovieblog.blogspot.net. That's the only one I had adsense on.

 

Wow, this is the first time I am hearing someone getting his/her adsense account back after being banned. Well from now on you should be cautious while doing anything related to adsense

Thats Incredible! you are very lucky to get back your account on behalf of your appeal! otherwise it is really hard to get account once after suspension
