Who do you report the scams to? I received this from:

I thus seek a church or one nobody of confidence which will put these funds at the services of the orphanages, widows, thus propagating the word of God and to make so that the work of God is maintained. The bible declares that the blessed is the hand that givets.
I made this decision because I do not have any child who could inherit of this money and beside my husband is a Christian. I do not want that the efforts of my husband are wasted by unbelievers. I do not want either a situation where this money will be employed in the things of the world; reason for which I make this decision. Even If i die does not fear me consequently that I know where I am going. As soon as I receive your answer I would send to you the contact from the bank here in Abidjan. I will also join a letter of authority which will prove to you that I benefit current of this money. I want that you always request for me in prayer because the lord is our shepherd.My happiness is that I lived a life of worthy Christian. That which which wants to be useful the lord must serve it in the spirit and the truth. Please always remain in the prayer all your life.
