I live in pakistan so I can't have paypal account on my own as you know

I am planning to have 2CO , moneybookers, moneygram, wire transfer, wetern union n any other system to receive payments from clients in USA and Uk. But I am guessing that there are people who want to use paypal only for payments or prefer it.

so my question is; what are my options most feasable for paypal users? what would be most prefered way for US clients to pay that I can facalitate?

I've Citibank credit card and I've many relatives in US n Uk. Should I make arrangements with them to use paypal?

The options you are trying to adopt are very good but if you don't have a paypal that will affect your business very much. I'll suggest you to get a paypal account with the help of your relatives in USA. IT won't be a difficult job for them if they trust you and you trust them.

Paypal has been a big problem for people of many countries :(

Seems that would be the only solution!

YEP :) Because in no way a paypal user can pay you if you don't have a paypal account. Paypal should seriously consider that a lot of countries need their attention

anyone using paypal through relatives/friends in US?

I want to know what problems I can face. They trust me and I trust them with everything and they would do it for free. But I don't want to ask them to check account everytime i receive a payment or something. Just send money once a month or something through western Union/ citibank etc.

If that's the case then there won't be any problems. But they will have to create account with their real address, phone number, bank account, Credit card. You can then login from Pakistan and make payments etc. Even withdraw to the bank account added with paypal email. There are no risks. I personally know some friends who are doing this. (Unless paypal is reading this post ;) )

NOP there won't be a problem. If your relative created an account with real info, in case paypal asks for confirmation your relative can call them and tell that he often visit to pakistan. That's it

Well If he tells them that he is creating that paypal account for you as being your relative , paypal will close (I m quite sure) the account. There is nothing wrong in telling them that your relative often visits pakistan. Is there?

Well that doesn't matter. You are not going to do anything illegal. So you shouldn't be worried about this. This is the only way you can get paypal account. Otherwise ask them to create a paypal account, use them for you (make transactions etc) and send you money via wire/WU.

What about your parents in the UK? Do they visit more often Pakistan?

I suppose a login via a proxy wouldn't work, unless it's set up appropriately, which wouldn't work out easy...I suppose...

Yep! you should check out all possible options. But for paypal you have only this option mate. Otherwise you won't be able to accept paypal payments. Wish you best of luck with your business.

    best regards

JFK I advise you not to log in with a IP from Pakistan. Many people had problems with Paypal be cause they logged from other countries. So it would be better if your relatives from US can do this for you.

If you do not want to use these methods then offcourse there is only one option and that is "use someone else PP who is in a country and listed in PP". Just exchange your PP with egold/moneybookers and then withdraw.

Hello everyone. My name is Azfer, I'm from Karachi and currently a student of computer science in USA. I went through this topic and noticed that not having Pakistan in paypal's list is causing problems to Pakistanis.

Here's the deal. If anyone is interested in cashing out their paypal accounts, they can contact me. The process will be as follows.

    - Transfer the required amount to my paypal account.
    - I will transfer it to my bank account here in USA.
    - Once the payment is cleared here, I will send a cheque to the person's address from my United Bank Limited account in Pakistan, by using UBL's TezRaftar service.
    - Transaction fee will be 5% of the amount transferred.
    - Exchange rate will be the rate at the time when the cheque will be ordered from UBL.

    example

u want to receive 100 dollars that you have in your paypal account.
Transfer 100 to my paypal account.
transaction fee 5% will be 5 dollars.
when your payment is cleared, lets say that 1 dollar is 60 rupees at that time, $95 times 60 is 5700 according to that day's exchange rate will be despatched from my bank account in pakistan. Tezraftar cheque is normally delivered to the person's doorstep by a courier service.

why am i keeping 5% profit if i really want to help pakistanis ? well.. i get charged to make a transfer from my usa account to pakistan's ubl account too.

let me know if anyone is interested... azferateeq@hotmail.com
