    The second option after paypal in my oppinion is stormpay. If you can't get that either, you should try e-gold (see my sig for that) . It's secure and they have low fees. If this is not what you want either, i'd suggest using:2checkout.com, but the bad thing about the last one is that you have to pay a register fee of 49$, and this is up to you if it's wort it.
