   This evening I received a mystery paypal payment from someone.. they stated it was from the digitalpoint advertising system. I logged in here but don't see their advertisement. We are both wondering how to get the ad to kick in.. thanks,

   It might be something going on with your PayPal account if you have disabled IPN notifications (then PayPal wouldn't be able to notify our system of the payment).
   
   Does anything show up in your IPN history in your PayPal account?
