Today I was checking the section Sites because I might buy a new site, I came to a PR 4 one, but I was not interested then I accidentally clicked on "Buy Now" button and I was given an infraction for abusing the button which I never did, I just clicked it by mistake, I even immediately apologized to the thread maker and he then rejected it because I said it was a mistake, the thread url is http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1561286#post12843856

but then I reported a bug here http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1561326 , because somehow it doesn't not show "Are you sure you want to bid' or something like that, so I think my infraction should get removed.

The infraction doesn't say you abused it. If that were the case, you would have been banned. Infractions serve as a reminder to not do something... If you keep doing it, then yes, infractions can compound and lead to a ban.

I suspect it served it's purpose perfectly, and hopefully you won't be placing bids on stuff you have no intention of buying.

I'd say that you now have bigger problems than just the infraction...
