received infarction because I have explained more details than previous poster?

I have explained more details than a previous poster,because he just post a link there and I have explained very details as well as tell him a solution in what to do,then i get an infarction?
i know i seldom visit to forum,and every time i visited i also make post and this is try to help,but not raising the post count,i want the post count for what?
i'm other forums rep poster.

I looked at your infraction post, and you basically repeated what the previous poster said and who had provided an actual link to the correct information.

Please don't create threads to complain about infractions.
