Received an offer for my domain name... how much should I sell it for?

I just received an email from somebody interested in purchasing a domain name of mine. There was a very popular music site on that URL (airmp3.com) until April of this year. But then Google started to unindex many pages (even they said I received no penalty?), I got discouraged and since I had other things to do so I gave up and just redirected it to another site of mine.

Site is still receiving 3,000 to 3,800 uniques per DAY because it's still very well ranked in Altavista. I received an email from somebody interested in buying it. Thing is I just dont know how much to sell it for? I thought you guys who are experienced in buying and selling domains and sites possibly could help me out?

I know that value of a domain depends of its traffic and revenue, but I just did not track how much money that residual traffic earned me. Any ideas?

(moderators: if this is not the right place to ask, feel free to move this thread, thanks)
