Feedback Received 4 Infractions in 2 Months! Someone is on a ro!!

I received 4 Infractions in 2 months. I went a year without one single infraction. Now 4 in 2 months.

1. - Had a problem with ads not showing properly on my site, posted in the Design&Development section. BAM. Infraction. Moderator says I should have posted in Search Engine. This is not a rule but an opinion of the Moderator. The moderator should have just moved the thread.

2. - Posted in Services section to find someone who could do a service for me. The service was to use the usernames and passwords I provided them to create accounts on different sites. SMACK. Infraction. Moderator says that you can not sell accounts. Though I was not buying an account. I was seeking a service!

3. - Someone posted in the Link Exchange section seeking a link exchange. I responded to the thread seeking additional information contributing to the thread. SLAP. Infraction. Moderator advises that you must do link exchanges through PM and not post URL's on thread! Um... I don't recall doing a link exchanges through the thread nor posting URL's. In addition, I've been doing link exchanges for a while now.

4. - Seeking someone who could generate Facebook fans. I took the beating for this one because its valid.

I've been active on DP for almost 4 years. I contribute to the community; I have a decent itrader. I create threads, I respond to threads, and I am very active in the marketplace.

So my FEEDBACK is that Moderators have a little bit more respect. Moderators need to have better judgement in determining if an action of a user is intentionally to disobey the rules of this forum. A RED infraction for posting in the wrong category (based on opinion) is not good judgement.

DISCLAIMER: - This posting is not complaining. This thread is providing my opinions on the infractions I received and how we can create a better community from the user's prespective.
