receive payments true pay pal refused

    please any one know how to get approved by pay pal and receive payments true pay pal on my web site? i have contacted them and they refused and reason was given to me, does not make sense ! they say -
    "we apologize that at this time, a PayPal account
    registered in Kuwait does not have a capability to receive and withdraw
    funds and even add funds. This is because your country is under the list
    of Send Only countries. Honestly, even if you have a US bank, it won't
    have any use on your PayPal account."
    tomorrow if i travel some where else i can use it???:))) what is it got to do with my physical location???!!!

    u have no choice other than using the send only pp account. it all depends on pp to decide what they do with some countries. when they feel they are comfortable they will remove that rule.

    some countries not even can have paypal account so it all depends on policies

    and what is the solution in this case? any advice how i can receive payments? payment gateways -- i don't trust them. a lot of people complain

    Thank you. i received from pay pal second e-mail saying "if you have an
    address in the U.S and a bank account with the same address, that will
    help you to open an U.S PayPal account, just remember that if your
    account presents a limitation you will have to show us some information
    in the U.S." ok bank account it can be done, but about the rest i don't know. i am not a US citizen so i really don;t know. But alertpay there is no problem at all!! even withdrawals can be done to any place in the world by bank wire transfer.
