Its an automated behind the scenes plugin for wordpress in case your woundering. I've been checking them out not really sure. Here is one more reason that sparked my curiosity into asking this question. When you google 'receive links' the third or fourth result is to this website.. http://www.wmtips.com/tools/paid-links-detector/ that seems to do a pretty good job at detecting them unless they are emebed in your website. But the backlink must people give you are all grouped together I find.
