reasons for adsense ban?

    i am new to adsense and here i see many people talk of being banned.....can anyone tell me what are the main reasons to get banned by adsense....:)

    1. Clicking your own ads.
    2. Asking other people to click your ads.
    3. Placing AdSense on a site whose category is not accepted by AdSense.

    Clicking your own ads using proxy IPs... most people doing this and ended-up in banning... They thing they can cheat google..
