Reasonably Priced Good PR Submission Service?

Hi,

I am searching about a PR service that I can use regular basis
for announcements. These won't be big enough to justify high
rates of leading services like PRWeb.

Is there any you know that does job without unsolicited ways?
Scope doesn't have to be big enough as of leading services.

I found following service. But it lists Digg as a place they submit
and I don't want my releases to be submitted there and get my
site banned. Does low price services (and/or leading ones) submit
to Social Networks where press releases cannot be good candidates
to submit?

Why don't you find the service at DP.
There are lots of people offering this service at low price

 

Most of them submit again to Press Release Distribution Services
that have a free option. What I want is a service that can reach
media authors.
