Reasonable percentage of Domain / Hosting Renewal

    Hi,

    Honestly could you please tell me what percentage renewal of domain and hosting can be considered as reasonably good? Presently we have 500+ domains with hosting but my yearly successful rate of renewal is in between 70% approx. Do you think we are doing well or poor?

    Please submit your opinion for a reasonable average percentage of Domain / Hosting Renewal.

    Its quite low if you compare to industry standard.
    You can increase it for another 10-20% by using add more value service to your customer
