Reapplying Adsense for banned account

I have been banned from adsense around 8 months back. Now my question is , Can I reapply for adsense with the same account & same blog ??

Will there be an issue with acceptation ??

No you can’t apply for yourself. But you can apply for one of your family member & don’t forget to use another blog & different IP.

 

I can use different name & such , but can I use the same blog ??

 

Apply using another blog & once approved put your code to any of your site.

 

I have two tryst with my two new blogs but adsense never accpeted that. So, I am thinking of using the old ones. My competitor screwed me up long back ...
