lots of free space on right side,
it seems u didn't arranged the contents properly
make uniform use of white space,


Footer text is not visible on green background

for links like, "Home | About | Kauai Vacation Rentals "
use no highlight style so that they does not look violet when clicked

I think header should have link to home page
