IZEA have announced that RealRank is now live - see here. First stats available after midnight. This post explains how it works. Here's a quote: The data will be live, i.e. constantly being updated. Next week they will be rolling out a new site where you can see graphs of people's stats so that you can look at it over a period of time. In two weeks time they will be opening it to non PPP members, so that the group being measured widens sharply. I think they are hoping this makes PageRank obsolete.
i think its relative to google because of google hitting people with PR stuff, particularly ppp and TLA. I think its a smart move by PPP to actually get real metrics from a blog, this way they can still do PPP, without having to worry about a direct link back to the person who paid. Instead the person is paying for the traffic that a blog of that size MAY deliver, and not the weighted value of a link. Pierce
