Really weird download path issue

    Could it be in your browser cache, I cannot see the file from my machine. Trying clearing your cache and downloading again.

    It cannot be my cache, I can dl the file with different browsers, or even directly with getright. (tried clearing my cache as well)
    Are you sure you cant download the file (from the first direct link, I also cannot see it in the folder from the second link.)

    Yes that url does give me a 404.
    thing is, if I upload a new file with same name and then download the link again, I stil get the old version..

    Is this a issue with my isp, or the web host?

    ISP by the sounds of it, unless you have some other proxy thing in between
