Really Weird Akward SEO Question... Yeah...

    Ok so long story short, some weirdo extortionist creep has been following me around sabotaging my social platforms and any and all manner of digital annoyance. So this recent thing I'm kind of confused on.

    I checked Google Web Masters, and apparently this dude is cloning websites that I acquire backlinks from with generally crap throw away Freenom domains. But some of these like the dot nets he obviously paid for. The question, incoming links that are bad like these no longer need to be disavowed and I just simply ignore them and make sure not to link back to them correct?

    Perhaps someone could explain the individuals intent behind these?
