When I try to edit the raw code in my HTML pages and copy and paste things, sometimes this is instead pasted to my clipboard, and I don't know what the hell any of it is supposed to mean....

what software are you using? I use Ultraedit; which has several clipboards and it will just switch clipboards on me. Drives me nuts.

It's my experience that the cpanel editor can be really funky and do strange things. I recommend people don't use it because of this. Have you tried copying and pasting locally?

oh no its not an un-resolvable issue. I copy and paste using notepad as a...catalyist? Right word is eluding me. Either way I'm fine. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't some serious adware issue - some software smart enough to know that I'm inputting website code and hungry to get in on it somehow....at least that was my 2-minute theory of suspicion.
