Really Struggling after initial installation

I guess this is the norm, easy installation after watching you tube video, but now I am completely stuck.
It's all to do with registering customers to my site.
I have a log in and register page as I set the "anyone can register " in the settings. That I believe automatically gives me a log in page.

However, I had already set up a registration page, where I wanted a registration form.
As I already have a register form in my "log in" page, how do I simply like my registration page to the registration part of the log in page? Seems obvious that's how I get round the problem, but nothing I try will work, so I think I maybe don't understand this part?

If I had to venture a guess you can use both if applicable.
