Buying Really simple php

    I am looking for a very simple little php program.

    The page will prompt visitors to choose up to 3 options from several radio buttons. Then they click on "enter" button.

    Depending in the combination of radio buttons selected, the "enter" button will deliver a randomly selected phrase from a selection.

    That's it!
