Really need you help

    The newsletter box is kind of annoying, I'd drop it (really).
    Put some rollovers in the horizontal menu (change of background color on hover?).
    Change some of those images back into text format (better visibility + SEO).
    Clean up your code (put doctype statement, character encoding, etc.)

    That'd be pretty much it. Nice website, I like the way you manage your content!
