OK, I am not the best person at reading TOS (and have since learned my lesson), but this is what happened to me: I am an incent site, and applied for several programs that did not specify "no incent". These were manual programs, and of course I got the welcome e mail, "we have reviewed your site and accepted you blah blah". Anyway, so mid March rolls around and I get this e mail......ah basically you didn't check that you were a special incentive program, so all your advertisers have been reset and your commissions placed on hold right now. I e mail back and am told, I will get paid from the advertisers that re-enroll, and the others will be given time to reverse their payments if they so choose. So, I check the box (which again, my fault for not reading, I thought having cash/point incentive site written all over my profile was all that was required, dumb me), and wait. Now I get an e mail saying all 600 of my commissions were declined by finance, whether the company reenrolled or not. All these commissions are still showing in my balance.....and I am clueless as to what this all means, and of course get the generic runaround when I send in a help ticket. I'm sure this has probably never happened to anyone else, but can anyone give me any suggestions on what to do? Why the whole payment was denied, and not just the advertisers who did not reenroll? Can I ever expect payment? I just don't know who else to ask...you guys seem to know the most about everything , so thought maybe I could get some help here. Anyway, thanks for reading
