Your layout is great, the banner and sidebar are the best. I would get rid of the bar that moves and says "welcom to mgxchange.com" I personally think it makes the site look amateurish. Also, try not to display articles side by side.

my comment. first u want to let ppl know ur site is joomla ? its vietnam site ? since it has more language get the gogle transmodule and implement the joomfish there. overall ok. good luck.
Hi, I like the banner and general design but the content on the first page looks to be all over the place. I would tidy up the text and have the ads following on instead of side by side. Regards Tony
