Please I need your brains / thoughts. I've got a huge problem that needs solved. Need $600 in paypal tonight. What I've got - skills, a lot of them, 8 years Senior Internet Software Engineer and server admin, fleet of dedicated servers, 3 Weeks free. Obviously an offer of "pm me your CV and I'll book you up for 3 weeks for $600 in advance" would be a dream. But realistic, how the hell do I go about doing this? Make or break stage in life, massive client let down, evicted tomorrow AM with wife + 3 kids. All obvious, family friends etc options are all gone. Need brains please I'm lost on this one now.
Have you considered getting a payday or title loan? As a Loan Officer, I generally advise against these except in dire circumstances, such as yours, because the interest rates are egregious. That being said, I would get either a payday or a title loan, then freelance your apparent computer expertise on freelance websites such as eLance to help pull in the revenue ASAP to pay off the loan. Again, I would only get a payday loan as a very last resort, but it is an option.
wish I could, payday loans in the UK are a NO-NO for the self employed! Trying to work one's proverbial ass off on freelancing sites as we speak, it was $1200 a few hours ago, halfed it but works drying up fast as day progresses! many thanks for the good advice though
