    Yea I am,
    I dont have a bank acount but I pay people back. Its not like I'm a scammer. So if anyone feels like giving it to me, they can. Its hard starting off as a webmaster. I dont have money to invest. I am trying to make this new website but as usual... I have no money.
    I will definately pay you back, I wouldnt risk my reputation being ruined for $10.

    yea, well I wasted a bunch of money on my website that adsense isn't allowed on, I was making $10/day for 8 days until google banned my site!
