Really frustrated - Need Help

    Since Jun 2008 I’m working really hard on my site and now got ranking as well and getting good visitors but today I saw someone copied my site he has copied my complete site content, Meta, design, articles, news everything. I checked his site and he is from china. Now what should I do? If I’m contacting Google then he will take so much time and in that period my site going down or may be penalize. Is there any way for solve this issue? Or any mail ID which google can response early.
    Any idea or advice will be really appreciate

    he will be hit by the google duplicate content filter so he should not rank

    use the google site:www.yourdomain.com

    to ensure all your website is indexed

    My site is completely index by google and it have around 500 index pages as well but I'm concern about my site. is there anyway to contract with google where google response me as soon as possible????

    search for google spam report

    i think there is a duplicate content reporting mechanism, do not be surprised if google does nothing

    as you have stated that he is from China then his website must be in Chinese. therefore, neither you nor he will be penalized for the duplicate content as Google do not consider these type of sites as same. however, if his site is in English then few or no pages from his site will be indexed as your site was first to be indexed. moreover, you can complaint to Google via DMCA if at all that site bothers you:)

    I have that address and i know about this but I'm looking any fast way to contact with google is there any fast way?? or any other thing which i can do

    his complete site is in English with same content and same design as well. he is from china but he target US people. Yaa that i know my site is indexed before him but still I'm scare, and can you give the exact path where i can complaint him about duplicate content?

    Why to be worry or frustated, you already told that your site is indexed first then not to worry, google knows better that china has copied data from your site.Be relax and concentrate on your work.

    Contact his web host as well and get legal in your state so that you have some fighting grounds if you need an attorney to send them a nasty letter.
