Buying Really basic hosting

I need some really basic hosting. I'll just be hosting a couple of HTML pages with some code and small .rar files. Overall I should only need about 200mb, but the more the better. I don't need much bandwidth either. I just need a stable, secure, basic hosting package. Please do not bother posting if you are a reseller/VPS owner - you must own a dedicated server, or multiple. I would prefer it if you have been in business for a few years. Note that this website will be offering exploits for scripts on web servers, and just normal applications - the use of these exploits may be illegal. However, I am offering them as an educational resource only.

Do not offer me what you cannot provide. If you succeed at tricking me into signing up for your unreliable service, then I will ruin your business.

    Thanks.

Either way, it's a little threatening for any host to read that...big or small!

Is the kind of activity you are going to have on the server legal?

i think you guys should read what he is asking before you post anything he needs to host a site which offer exploits for scripts on web servers so no onshore host will allow it and you are recommending "hostgator" lol
