Well what i find Reality tell us the bitter and hard core facts of life which we forget or ignore, usually or sometime.
Reality is that place that you go when you get up from your computer chair. I am trying to remember exactly what it feels like... I believe there are other people that you can actually talk to and they talk back. The best part is that you don't even have to type. It is pretty cool.
