And to clear up one thing: how exactly is the site generating funds? Commissions?

I have owned this site for a few years and simply need the funds I doubt there is many around with 12months revenue at the moment

site makes money off commisions paid in 2 stages there is also an option to nearly double this commision however I have taken a more relaxed role and do not contact any leads directly if buyer was to actively contact leads revenue could be $18,000 as opposed to $10,000.

you may sell a package in november but your first half commisions will be paid in dec etc.

at it's current setup.

let me make it clear the domain with keywords driving actual cashed up investors in australia looking to buy in high growth areas is worth the asking price alone, but of course your probably some failing IM and have no idea about the australian real estate market, or virtual real estate so it seems.
