Real Warez-linking penalty in USA ?!

    What about REAL penalty for people who link to warez ?

    My brother owns a site with high Alexa rank linking to warez. He's planning to a visit to USA next month.

    he was hosting on USA (Liquidweb) and received and ignored lawyers complaints !

    will he face money penalty, prison penalty ?? Will he face any troubles there ?!!

    Not sure. But off shore at least the government would have way less access. Thanks to the Patriot Act and everything else they have ISPs and phone co's accross the nation bending over and happily taking it up the rear any time they want to know anything.
