So if you can't send 5K, don't PM me. 4) Payment throw Paypal. 5) I pay either weekly or bi-weekly and only after I receive the traffic ( I can pay in the first time after receiving the first 5K, but after that only weekly or bi-weekly) 6)You have to tell which tracker of those work fine with your service : Google analytics or histats.com 7) Safe traffic. If one of those lines is not suitable for you , so your service is not suitable from me. Don't waste my time and yours. Some weeks I will pay double payment as a bonus if I see that your traffic is good.
Just to make sure, you want the traffic (visitors) delivered to you first before you make the payment? As in you want to receive the product before you pay for it...?
