    Not interested. 100$ for a real pr6 ....

It my original post I clearly stated starting price of 500$ per domain/site.

If these do not move, its really not a problem, I will simple develop them.

No I do not think there over priced. These are real pr6, aged sites/domains.

I have been in the market for these types of domains for serveral months, and my experience is that they are really hard to find.

But as I stated, if these do not move, its really not a problem, I can just stick TLA on them, and go negociate with kewler some presell pages......

    Based on what?

I have consistently looked at the forums for pr5 and pr6 domains/sites ....

I bought a pr6 and charge 25$ per post. I have so far done 105 posts in 60 days ....

As I said before, if these do not move, its not a problem, I will develop them myself.

Based on the fact that we're assuming the "the site has no traffic and no revenue."
It's difficult to bid on a site without such important information.

These are aged pr6 domains/sites. If you do not believe that has I value, then obviously these would be expensive for you.

But I believe these do have a value, a value I have already exploted in the past with my pr6 sales thread here.

But heh, as I have repeatably stated,

$500 is actually a fair price (maybe cheap) for a PR6.
Having the words blog or blogger, etc may decrease the value because you'll have to have a blog there, in any case it's still a very fair price.

    I may bid there also...

Can you confirm the current links will stay in place when these domains / sites have been sold, as they all like they are on some form of 'network'.

    Revised :D

its expensive due to the fact that as soon as the whois details for the domain change google may reduce the value of the existing links pointing to it

    Yes I can.

Its a network that is actually expanding, I am adding another pr6 and 4 pr5 blogs to the global network, and if I decide to sell, I am sure the buyer would be interested in link exchage to maintain the network.

If I had the money I would snag ANY PR6 six site in a heartbeat. But that's from an SEO perspective. PR6 is fairly difficult to obtain without a lot of quality backlinks and decent (or good) content. The revenue from selling links on any PR6 website would cover $500 in less than a few months.

So, I would say that a PR6 site is definitely worth $500, especially considering Google just got through with their PR update, so it won't visibly change for probably about 3 months or so. Put some effort into, do some link building and try to get it to PR7 by the next update and you'll really have something to smile about.

patrickberry: stick to your guns. Don't let anybody tell you these are worth that price. If they don't sell, then no problem, you could be sitting on a gold mine.

Everyone: check out this link: http://www.text-link-ads.com/link_calculator.php and put in one of the blogs he's selling. You'll see that text link ads alone could be lucrative. Personally, I think that you should cut out the middleman (any ad broker) and sell them yourself. Set up a PayPal subscription button so that the charges automatically recur, and sell links for $50 each. Put a cap on the number you sell per month. At $50 x 5 links, you'll get $500 in two months and then you can come back here and sell your domains for much more.

    Just my 2cents.
