    I just want to sell it because i don't want any kind of domain.

    It was monetized by google adsense so it will be easy to get money from this website.

    Yes it comes with facebook page google plus profile and twitter account as well.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    It's very smooth site. You can check it in wayback machine.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    It was a blog website and i shared too much content but now i removed every thing and its now fresh and new.
